In my classroom, we used to practice training our brain to "tune out - to tune in" ... Now, as In-time communities of practice, we continue the practice of tuning out distractions to tune into what's present now - what matters - and what's next... What will you decide to tune into today?

Okay - since we are all human (as far as I know 🤣) I figure each of us can relate to exploring what it is to be human. In our own way.. Either way, you're the aware driver.
